Bodhi: Educators Retreat

Bodhi: Blossoming of an Enlightened Educator

Retreat for Educators and Educational Leaders

January 3 - 5, 2020

Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India!

Educators, both at the school and college level, play a very important role in shaping the future citizens of any country. Hence their role not just involves handling classes or performing administrative tasks but creating a robust environment for the holistic growth of students.
In our interaction with more than 5000 educators, we found that they are very keen in building a value-oriented educational process that is focused on creating excellent students and exemplary humans. With the multi-dimensional role that they play, they need tools to stay motivated, transform from within and be inspired so that these values can be effectively transmitted to the students. An englightened educator is what the world needs today.
Bodhi retreat is designed for full-time educators and teaching fellows, will expose the participants to tools for self-management and creating a value-based environment in educational institutions.

This experiential and transformative retreat, based on Indian and global frameworks of education, filled with discussions and activities promises to be intellectually stimulating, and emotionally pleasant. Full-time educators (school, college and university) and teaching fellows age group of 22-50 years are eligible to apply for the retreat.
